Apparently the cop who re-charged him feels the Milwaukee Police have the ability abridge civil rights of citizens. In the video Tim talks about the Police and Fire Comission. They have some troubles of their own.
Milwaukee Police seem to be in the early stages of federal receivership due to their illegal cavity searches, beatings, and all around poor behavior. The folks in Milwaukee have a long struggle ahead of them.
Here is what Tim put in his video description:
On May 12, 2012 Jason Kotarak arrested me for filming Milwaukee Police. He charged me for loitering originally. I had filed a complaint against him about a week prior to the dismissal and also published numerous videos about this unlawful arrest (all on this channel.) Jason responded by filing the charges outlined in this video. I will take these new charges as far as they need to go, and I will prevail.
